For more than 50 years,WGTE Public Broadcasting has offered a unique blend of high quality television and radio programming designed to entertain, educate and enrich. Along with broadcasting national PBS and NPR favorites, WGTE takes pride in its role as community historian and storyteller by producing exceptional local programming for TV 30 and FM 91.
Beyond our broadcast signal, WGTE provides community outreach activities through our Educational Resource Center (ERC) and Early Learning Center. The Early Learning Lending Library and ERC Media Library provide a wealth of educational and training resources for students and teachers in the region. The ERC provides professional development opportunities to assist teachers in integrating technology and effective practices into their classrooms, helping to motivate students and shape the future of education.
A trusted community resource, WGTE broadcasts 24-hours a day, seven days a week. Our primary coverage area includes 26 counties in Northwest and West Central Ohio and Southeast Michigan.
